How to Live Well is built on four core principles that make getting well and staying well joyful, life-giving, and sustainable.

Coaching

Every month, Havenly facilitates a virtual Group Coaching Session. This is a great way to jump in and start finding some motivation to truly make some changes! One-on-One Sessions are also offered as packages or a-la-carte! While we prefer to meet one-on-one at The Havenly Cabin, we are also happy to meet virtually. One-on-One sessions are an amazing way to to get clear on your goals and to work into shifting your mindset.

Havenly will provide some clarity for you on a number of topics, ranging from mindset and nervous system, to metabolism and weight loss, to digestion and menstrual cycle, food and exercise, and many more. These education pieces will be given in practical, mini doses during the Group Coaching Sessions. For One-on-One clients, we will dig a little deeper depending on goals and needs.

Education

Community

Community is so important. Group Coaching Sessions allow for women to hear from each other and build into each other. In addition, Havenly will host local gatherings, as well as mini retreats at The Havenly Cabin.

During each monthly Group Coaching Session, we will be reflecting on the past month, and looking to the month ahead. You will be given an opportunity to reflect on past goals, and make new ones if you’re ready! One-on-One clients will receive weekly checkins via text/email between sessions.
